​​Anne Dhir, PhD has a Bachelors degree in specialized honors in Psychology, Masters Degree in Adult Education and Counselling Psychology and Doctorate degree in Holistic Education with focus in Metaphysics, Holism, Education and Psychology from the University of Toronto. She is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, certified member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists, certified Therapeutic Touch Practitioner and a National Level III Certified Coach. She uses the approach of Mindfulness Integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MiCBT), Existential Therapy and Neuroplasticity in her work.

She has been involved in the area of wellness for several years as a counselor, coach, academic mentor and mental health professional and has facilitated numerous workshops on wellbeing over the years. She focuses on psychological assessments and counselling for adults, youth, couples and families in clinical, educational, organizational, criminal settings and private practice. Additionally, as a founder of a health organization for several years, she is adept to ethnic diversity. As a Eurasian, in addition to English she fluently speaks languages of the South Asian sub-continent.
